To ensure the design and content aligned with the target audience’s needs, I

  • Conducted interviews with Tallinn Homes representative to understand their potential customers, services they provide, and expectations from the website

  • Conducted interviews with potential customers to understand their pain points and questions regarding real estate managment

  • Mapped out user personas to tailor content and design decisions

Competitor's analysis

  • Studied the market to understand industry trends and best practices

  • Analyzed competitor websites to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities

  • Evaluated their SEO strategies, including keywords, meta descriptions, and backlink profiles

  • Assessed their content structure, CTAs, and user flow to improve conversion potential

  • Reviewed their branding and messaging to craft a unique and compelling value proposition

SEO & Copywriting Strategy

Based on my research, I created a landing page that clearly communicated the company’s unique value propositions while optimizing for conversions. Additionally, I designed and developed dedicated pages for key services:

  • Buy-to-Let Investment Consulting – Providing guidance for investors looking to generate passive income.

  • Sale & Rental Brokerage – Helping buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the market with ease.

Final Thoughts

This project was a full-cycle experience—from research and design to development. By combining in-depth market insights with intuitive design, I created a website that enhances user experience and drives real business results

Key Lessons:

  • Talking to potential clients and understanding their challenges helps to shape the design and content strategy to better address real need

  • Studying competitors not only revealed gaps in their approach but also provided inspiration for unique features that could set this platform apart.

  • Crafting compelling, well-structured content with proper meta tags and headings proved to be just as important as keyword research for search rankings.

  • While aesthetics matter, ensuring that each design choice supports the company’s business objectives (like lead generation) is crucial for success.

What I Want to Improve:

  • While I conducted interviews and analyzed competitors, I’d like to explore even deeper insights from real estate professionals and homebuyers to refine future projects.

  • Enhancing storytelling elements and brand voice to create a stronger emotional connection with users.

  • Testing different layouts, CTAs, and landing page structures to find the most effective approach for lead generation.

Areas to Work On:
